Each piece of artwork at Art by Aayra is created or prepared with great care, attention to detail, and using professional-grade materials. As such, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you review all artwork details—including size, medium, and framing—before completing your purchase.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly—whether through a replacement, repair, or refund—depending on the nature of the problem.

📝 Custom & Commissioned Pieces

Due to the personalized nature of commissioned artworks, these pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. I will always communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction with the final piece.

🌍 Shipping Issues

All orders are packaged securely and shipped with tracking. While I am not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, I will assist you in locating or resolving any shipping concerns where possible.
